Sens is a perfume and tea house, a new kind of well-being brand, a brand focused on eco-responsibility and innovation. On the occasion of the creation of its 2 new tea and perfume sub-brands: Thé Sens // Mon Essence, the brand is inaugurating a new store to offer the products of these 2 sub-brands.


The store is designed to provide a unique experience and offer to the customer. To do this, it combines sensoriality, technology and eco-responsibility. The system ensures customers have a smooth journey and a simplified and personalized purchasing process, particularly thanks to new technologies.


The business is made up of 3 levels: on the ground floor the sales area, upstairs the tea room and in the basement the storage space and an area dedicated to staff.

The facade of the store stands out for its composition in 3 elements: a large glass entrance door offering a view of the interior of the store, a double-height window offering as a spectacle the automated filling of the products and a projecting window offering a view of the tea room.


The boutique consists of a perfume bar in the center, which allows you to create, by appointment with the help of a perfumer, your tailor-made perfume and personalize it. At the back, the tea bar invites you to discover the rituals and techniques for preparing teas from around the world. On each side of the store, terminals centralize customer actions. It is on these that the customer will choose his products thanks to personalized advice. The customer can identify themselves, then let themselves be guided by the terminal to choose the products that best suit them according to their personal information and a quick questionnaire which allows them to identify their tastes. The customer can then test the products using the terminal's sample dispenser, before validating their purchases. The buyer then collects his products which are prepared directly in the fillers in the window. The system ensures customers have a smooth journey and a simplified and personalized purchasing process.

The atmosphere is sober, refined, chic and zen. The materials are raw and natural, concrete, stone, copper and walnut wood. the lighting effects give a subdued and soothing atmosphere.


The tea room invites you to spend a warm and relaxing moment while tasting the shop's teas accompanied by a treat. From their seat, customers can calmly order their products and receive them at the 2nd filler collection terminal located upstairs. Here, the atmosphere is warm, intimate and invites comfort thanks to the choice of materials: parquet, concrete, walnut wood and the choice of furniture, benches, pendant lights.

Everything is designed to facilitate the customer's experience and make it as pleasant as possible.
